Evaluation and Diagnosic Evaluation
In this visit a patient will be screened and evaluated for binocular vision dysfunction by performing a additional tests during your annual routine eye exam.
NEUROVISUAL™ single-vision TRAINING CARE PLAN (90-DAY TREATMENT PLAN)*
NeuroVisual™ Multifocal Training care Plan (90-Day treatment plan)*
*Both plans include an initial visit ( 2-3 hours), training frame and lenses, all follow-up visits (60 min each), and comprehensive report of diagnosis and treatment for 90-days of care. Evaluation and diagnostic evaluation fee will be used as credit toward the cost of serivces.

Annual comprehensive medical eye exam and reevaluation and treatment of BVD to continue you on your journey on living with BVD. New glasses or updated lenses sold seperately.
